Ode to Kaseya (I think)


It would be great,
if I could use Kaseya version 8

but they are running out of time,
and soon will be on to number 9

all these issues make me say "what the heck",
maybe we need -- to talk to LabTech

after our upgrade - things don't work,
did Kaseya bury - that module in the dirt?

the module we purchased did not take flight,
was this just a small oversight?

what have they done, is this the worst?
oh-no instead, please buy Traverse

what about our module, the one we paid,
will that path ever be paved?

one problem is fixed, ten more are made,
all you need to do, is UPGRADE!

now i get it, their dastardly plan
tie up their customers - by the hand

in with the new, and out with the old,
not even Microsoft is that bold

that's not true, as we've seen with Windows 8
they took away start which caused much hate

but afterwards good prevailed
Microsoft compromised - and there's still Classic Shell

now kaseya, haven't you learned
to keep your customers, not make them spurned

if you think about it, we're not asking for much
just time to work, and still eat lunch

but now I'm famished, and going bald
I've tried to upgrade, but hit a wall

we left N-able, a tad too late
will Kaseya see the same fate?

we need to work, smarter not harder
Kaseya did help, but has begun to totter

all we want, is our server patched
fix the bugs, so we can laugh

make our tool-set, work for us
without these tickets, poems and fuss

its time to go, I need to leave
I have a class, at LabTech University

there is a saying, that has much appeal
it talks about re-inventing a wheel

all our hard work, may soon be undone
setting up a new RMM, really is not fun

LabTech wants us, really really bad
doesn't that make Kaseya feel sad?

can we upgrade, without this strife?
or is my module, soon to be end-of-life

we've yelled and waited, and still have paid
Kaseya took our money, and we're still delayed

we cant help our customers, no not at all
who wants to take that remote service call?

you'll end up embarrassed, with them laughing out loud
i cant connect to your computer, and then no more sound

what did you do, where have they gone?
our customer hung-up, this was taking too long

now i feel like I am on a sinking ship
Kaseya's at fault, and making us tip

we're in this alone, there really no help
I've emailed support, but not even a yelp

I really don't know, where to go from here
I stressed out now and am in need of a beer

this is the end, i really have to go
my LabTech sales guy is ringing my phone
